Return Policy

You can return most items sold by Embroidery.com within 30 days from the ship date, but you must contact us to get approval for the return.  All unopened items will qualify for a full refund.  Opened or used items may incur a restocking fee up to 20%.  For your protection, we suggest using a traceable carrier to send back your return, and you must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the merchandise, we will reimburse your account for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee. Shipping is non-refundable unless Embroidery.com is at fault.

Downloadable designs have a 15-day guarantee. If it doesn't meet your expectations or its intended use, contact Embroidery Central Customer Support for a satisfactory resolution.  You must provide written confirmation that the downloaded software has been deleted from all devices.

Due to past instances of hand embroidery patterns being copied and then returned, all hand embroidery patterns are final sale and non-refundable. Specialty cuts of fabric, such as linen or Aida, are also non-refundable. Hand embroidery kits can only be returned if they have not been opened and are in their original packaging.
